Last Man Super Bowl Game

Last Man Super Bowl Game

Every year, a group of sports fans play a game called "Last Man."

The game was reportedly first played in 1989, and the idea is to be the last man in America to find out who won the Super Bowl.

This year, at least ten contestants committed on Twitter to avoid any knowledge of the outcome as long as they could, but they soon began dropping, because it's hard not to see stories about the Super Bowl online, on the news or to hear someone mention it.

CNBC's John Carney got knocked out this weekend. At last report, Brendan Loy, a father of 3 in Denver, is in the last remaining handful of players - he's avoiding email and most of his friends on Twitter.

It's an unofficial game with no prizes, just people trying to prove to themselves how long they can keep from finding out who won the biggest sporting event in America.
